A Play Day will take place on Saturday 17th June at Commondale, near Whitby. With stunning views, and loamy ground, perfect for all abilities and most ages, camping – but its not a flat field, what more can you ask for? As always the Edge team will put on an awesome track which will certainly be doable for most abilities! Catering will be onsite.
FINAL INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE READ!!!!!
- NO CAMP FIRES, NO ON THE GROUND BBQ’s!
- Anyone that forgets their IOPD Licence will have to purchase a Day Licence or a new 2023 IOPD Licence. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Generators off at 10pm, and not on before 7am.
- Anyone playing music MUST have it turned off by 8pm.
- Entries can be completed and paid for online. Anyone that does not have PayPal, please text the Event Mobile on 07557 447084 for Bank Details.
- In the Race Number & Licence Number boxes please put NA.
- FOR ANY RIDERS THAT PAY & DON’T TURN UP, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED.
- No refunds will be issued to anyone within 72 hours of the event as per standard Rules & Regulations.
- Please form an orderly queue at Signing On at all times. Please respect other peoples space.
Saturday Signing On starts at 09.00am, course opens at 10am until 3.00pm
All litter to be taken home with you!
All Marshals and Photographers MUST sign on at the “Event Signing On” marquee before they go out onto the course.
